摘要: The magnetic anisotropy and magnetization reversal of single crystal Fe films with thickness 45 monolayer (ML) grown on Si(111) have been investigated by ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Owing to the significant modification energy surface in remanent state slight misorientation from (111) plane a uniaxial anisotropy, azimuthal angular dependence in-plane field shows six-fold symmetry weak contribution, while remanence hysteresis loops displays two-fold one. competition between first second magnetocrystalline anisotropies may result switching easy axis system. Combining FMR VSM measurements, mechanism has also determined.
