摘要: Abstract In order to test the role of microtubules and microfilaments in thyroid secretion, agents interfering with were added TSH incubation medium dog slices. Electron microscopy slices demonstrated follicular cells; it is suggested that can be divided into four classes. The effects microtubule inhibitors microfilament inhibitor cytochalasin B are similar those observed other systems; they compatible postulated mechanism action these agents. TSH-stimulated secretion from was measured by BE131I release 1 medium; inhibited both microtubule- microfilament-inhibitors. completely abolished pseudopod formation intracellular colloid droplet stimulated cells. This suggests inhibition bears on first step secretion: endocytosis colloid. As blocked dibutyryl cyclic 3′,5′-AMP slices, concluded affect rather than formation. activity pentose phosphate pathway divergent or non-existent, which incompatible hypothesis a common NADPH supply follicle cell. D2O reversible, contradicts possibility non-specific toxic effect. It required for process: (microfilaments) as active contractile would constitute newly formed pseudopods; more passive play scaffolding cells pseudopods, thus supporting pseudopods engulfing process.
