摘要: The aim of this study is to examine and compare the effects topical prostacyclin prostaglandin E1 on flap survival after nicotine application in rats. In designed experiment, group 1 was treated with mL saline, groups 2, 3, 4 were 2 mg/kg subcutaneously for weeks. At end weeks, surgery done, applications vaseline base (PgI2-iloprost) (PgE1-misoprostol) performed. seventh day following operation, all areas identified. For 1, 4, measured as 59.05% +/- 5.13%, 50.40% 4.74%, 67.89% 4.69%, 62.45% 7.80%, respectively. As a result, authors concluded that can be increased these prostaglandins flaps (that are under effect), there no differences between medications terms survival.
