摘要: Sheep antiserum developed against the human glycohaemoglobin, Hb A1c, distinguishes this fraction from major component A0. Partial cross reactivity is observed with A1a and A1b, as well analogous glycohaemoglobins mouse dog haemolysates. The of haemoglobins specific abolished by reduction keto group sugar ligand. The immunological specificity displayed provides basis a quantitative assay for suitable studies clinical experimental diabetes.
