摘要: Soft tissue fillers are needed for restoration of a defect or augmentation existing tissues. Autografts and lipotransfer have been under study soft reconstruction but yield inconsistent results, often with considerable resorption the grafted tissue. A minimally invasive procedure would reduce scarring recovery time as well allow implant and/or to be placed closer vasculature. Here, feasibility an injectable silk foam regeneration is demonstrated. Adipose-derived stem cells survive migrate through over 10-d period in vitro. The foams also successfully injected into subcutaneous space rat 3-month integrating surrounding native palpable touch skin returning their original dimensions after pressure applied then released. readily absorb lipoaspirate making useful scaffold template filler technologies, either biomaterial alone combination lipoaspirate.
