摘要: Considering the government-imposed regulations in developing countries as well negative impacts on genetically engineered microorganism (GEM), a field study was conducted with naturally adapted Pseudomonas putida isolated from oil-contaminated sites of BHEL, Tiruchirappalli, India, to evaluate biodegradation crude oil open environment. Replicate trials comprising oil, plus bacteria, fertilizer and bacteria were monitored for total viable count rate degradation oil. There an increase microbial plot. It also revealed that stimulated rapid multiplication microbes which simultaneously increased degradation. The present work illustrates successful bioremediation environment by microbe might serve important adjunct spillage operations. In view tropical climate prevailing during most part year, faster.
