摘要: Attempts to drive change and reform of the UK construction industry have been an ongoing concern for numerous stakeholders, both in government across industry, years. The issue is a seemingly perennially topical one which shows little sign abating. Scholarly analyses agenda tended adopt Critical Theory perspective. Such approach, however, lacks certain nuance perhaps only reveals layer social reality. What arguably lacking more fundamental exposition concerning historical, cultural explanatory forces at play.
