摘要: The effect of artificial rearing on the fat quality (fatty acid composition and cholesterol content) lambs raised a farm converting from conventional to organic production was evaluated. Twenty Sarda male were divided into two groups: artificially reared animals (AR), separated their dams 2 days after birth fed reconstituted milk replacer ewe-reared (ER), left with mothers suckle until slaughter. Animals both groups slaughtered at 45 d age. Fatty content analysed leg samples. Results showed that feeding is major factor affecting nutritional characteristics lamb since fatty profile meat reflected corresponding source. Although P/S ratio lower (P<0.01) in ER lambs, they had better ω-6/ω-3 ratio, closer value recommended by current guidelines. Rearing system no significant trans-fatty contents.
