摘要: We report the synthesis and characterization of nanowire−nanoribbon junction arrays ZnO, which were grown by thermal evaporation mixture ZnO SnO2 powders at 1300 °C through a vapor−liquid−solid process. The Sn particles produced reduction act as catalyst; structure is formed due to fast growth nanowires along [0001] subsequent “epitaxial” radial nanoribbons six 〈0110〉 directions around nanowire. “liana” shape nanostructure could be candidate for fabricating ultrahigh sensitive sensors.
