摘要: Abstract The concentration of F center in high-surface-area anatase titania nanoparticles prepared by MOCVD are studied with electron paramagnetic resonance measurements at different time and temperatures. results show that the kinetics is dominated surface process rather than bulk process. With increasing temperature, two temperature dependent regions for can be clearly identified. starting activation energy determined to 357.4 K 0.085 eV, respectively. reaction oxygen zero order well described C ( T , t ) = 1.7 × 10 18 exp − 986.87 1 386.1 g .
