摘要: Ostoearthritis of the trapeziometacarpal (TMC) joint, key joint in thumb opposition, is one most common diseases involving hand, especially among middle-aged and elderly women, can seriously impair overall hand function. Previous studies have indicated that instability from ligament insufficiency pathological mechanism underlying disease. Therefore, various reconstruction techniques been developed to improve both stability kinematics joint. However, none them involve anatomical are almost always used combination with trapeziectomy. In order restore as well save trapezium, we a new technique for reconstructing anterior oblique TMC anatomically using distal part transverse carpal ligament. this article, describe detail report clinical outcome 9 patients. 6 whom were treated by alone while other 3 underwnet combined surface replacement. All patients maintained good ROM at their final follow-up (3 years or longer). Although period admittedly short, think without replacement rational alternative tendon interposition (LITI) prodecures.
