摘要: This article extends the Human-scale Development methodology to include non-humans. We found this wider approach be helpful in analysing conflict of interest between fish farming and otter protection Natural Reserve Sado River estuary Portugal. Our analysis environmental goes beyond anthropocentric view restricted human needs all stakeholder needs, i.e. both non-human ‘actants’.
