摘要: Evoked potential recording techniques were used as a physiological tool for electrode placement into the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc). It was found that when electrodes implanted at level of caudate nucleus (CN), typical patterns obtained only stimulation located in SNpc. When fixed SNpc and four simultaneously to record depth profile from septum, responses following within CN head. High frequency SNpc, which is known alter dopamine content CN, caused reversible diminution resjponses 5-10 min. This observation discussed terms terminal transmitter depletion.
