Photoresponse of undoped and W-doped TiO2

摘要: Undoped and W-doped polycrystalline TiO 2 were investigated. The kinetics of recombination processes has been studied. flat band potential was determined (-0.11 V in respect to saturated calomel electrode, atpH = 7.8). Basing on the photocurrent experiments, effect W concentration solar energy conversion efficiency discussed. It found, that addition leads an increase solar-to-hydrogen efficiency. maximum observed for voltage bias ca 0.65 V. highest doped with 0.1 at % W.
