摘要: Abstract : This research concerns the development of a new kind revolutionary design, solid-state microvalves that will permit realization complex microfluidic systems with arrays hundreds flow-control devices. Microfluidic have widespread applications in implementation immunological and genetic assays both commercial DoD interest. While fluidic capillary microchips made glass, silicon, plastic been realized, their practical use has so far confined to simple very few assay steps such as PCR followed by electrophoresis or hybridization analyses. The scope project is focused on elements necessary demonstrate feasibility simple, integratable, single element no moving parts for systems.
