摘要: A systems analysis was performed, to evaluate the influence of various types systematic and random errors that are characteristic analytical procedure proper calibration for an method. For this purpose, a simulation devised describing effect on result factors such as number precision samples (standards) in given segment series, concentration range samples, approximation curved function straight line, base-line sensitivity drift, contamination, different correction drift contamination. The showed total error method not only depends inherent but is also strongly influenced by mentioned. We conclude valuable tool minimizing these designing series optimal with respect existing conditions.
