摘要: Bi (1−x )Gd x FeO 3 (BGFO, x=0.05–0.3) crystallites were synthesized by the microwave hydrothermal method. Then, powders sintered into shaped BGFO ceramics. The results showed that Gd3+ could dramatically affect structural, ferroelectric and magnetic behavior of BiFeO X-ray diffraction indicated pure ceramics be obtained. morphologies are investigated scanning electron microscopy. All samples well compact without pores grain agglomerated. dielectric constant increases loss decreases with increasing contents. value Ac-conductivity 0.95 Gd 0.05 at 1000 kHz is in order ∼10−4, which several orders magnitude larger than 0.7 0.3 . double peaks appearing plots M′ M″ frequency for x=0.30 confirms coexistence grainand boundary effects. introduction was found to improve saturated magnetization dramatically.
