摘要: To consider the effects of several years competitive sports training on children and adolescents with spondylolisthesis, we carried out a retrospective radiologic clinical study 86 young athletes spondylolysis or spondylolisthesis (24 girls 62 boys between ages 6 20 years). The mean degree displacement was 10.1% at beginning observation. tests showed an increase in over time 33 athletes. average progression this group 10.5%. For 36 athletes, did not progress during period athletic training. In seven decrease observed, from 17.9 to 8.9% average. 10 course could be determined, because only one lateral radiograph available. spite intensive daily training, had no symptoms entire observation, which lasted 4.8 years. light our experiments, there is justification for generally advising limited spondylolytic take part sports.
