摘要: We propose a new cryptographic technique, Acknowledgment Compression, permitting senders of multicast data to verify that all interested parties have either received the or lost network connectivity. Joining system and acknowledging messages both require bandwidth computation logarithmic in size group. Thus, technique is well-suited large-scale, peer-to-peer groups which neither source nor any single peer wishes download complete list participants. In event sufficiently many nodes are malicious, message may fail verify. However, such cases learns real address number malicious nodes.
