摘要: Haplorchis taichui is the minute intestinal fluke which parasitizes small intestine of humans and other mammals. We present pathology in 3 human cases caused by H. taichui. Microscopic examination revealed mucosal ulceration, submucosal haemorrhages, fusion shortening villi, chronic inflammation, fibrosis submucosa. This finding clearly indicated as pathogenic; thus prevention infection treatment should be paramount.
