摘要: A system is described for the removal of eye movement and blink artefacts from single channel pattern reversal electroretinogram recordings very poor signal-to-noise ratios. Artefacts are detected removed by using a blind source separation technique based on jadeR independent component analysis algorithm. The data arranged as series overlapping time-delayed vectors forming dynamical embedding matrix. structure this matrix constrained to phase stimulation epoch: term synchronous coined. novel method marker with non-independent feature employed identify most relevant estimation reconstruction signal recovery. This non-lossy, all underlying being recovered.
