Treatment of dissecting vertebral aneurysm.

摘要: We report 17 patients with dissecting aneurysm of the vertebral artery (VA) who were treated by direct surgery (n-8) or interventional (n=9). Eight presented subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and nine ischemia. Ten trapping that was occlusion VA on both sides (direct surgery, n=2; n=8). The other seven ligation proximal to n=6; n-1). Two underwent transposition posterior inferior cerebellar (PICA). In 15 patients, there no major complications. had been developed rebleeding ischemia due persistent retrograde filling site. We suggest angiographic evidence site should have considered as an indication for trapping. Trapping aneurysms is easier safer than surgery.
