摘要: Calculations of the electron distribution function are presented for some simple examples a stationary discharge in dc space charge field. The treatment is valid when predominant mechanism energy exchange arises from motion computations indicate that effect is, given external field strength, to increase proportion high electrons over computed neglecting charge.
