摘要: The nitric oxide-cyclic GMP (NO-cGMP) pathway mediates important physiological functions associated with various integrative body systems including the cardiovascular and nervous systems. Furthermore, NO regulates cell growth, survival, apoptosis, proliferation, differentiation at cellular level. To understand significance of NO-cGMP in development differentiation, studies have been conducted both developing embryos stem cells. Manipulation pathway, by employing activators inhibitors as pharmacological probes, genetic manipulation signaling components implicated involvement this regulation differentiation. This review focuses on some work pertaining to role cells into lineages, particularly myocardial cells, cell-based therapy.
