摘要: Canine ovarian oocytes were cultured in a medium consisting of TC 199, fetal calf serum and antibiotics. Ninety-nine percent the apparently healthy germinal vesicle (dictyate) stage when recovered from ovaries; 25% them reached metaphase I or II by 72 hours culture. Washed ejaculated spermatozoa added to BWW containing which had either been removed directly follicles for 24--72 hours. The earliest acrosome reaction zona penetration seen at seven after insemination. Seventy-four examined between 11 24 insemination showed evidence spermatozoa. Neither condition oocyte vitellus nor nuclear maturation influenced incidence penetration. Decondensing sperm nuclei found 27% not 20% those various stages maturation. These results indicate that (1) canine can be matured vitro, (2) require capacitation takes approximately vitro (3) is required passage through pellucida entry into decondensation.
