摘要: Compact high power broadband superfluorescent fiber source has been demonstrated using an ultrashort Er3+−Yb3+-codoped phosphate glass fiber. The is 10.4-cm-long and at 1.68 W pump power, output of 16.85 mW, a mean wavelength 1540.9 nm, bandwidth 18.4 slope efficiency 18.6% have obtained. dependence wavelength, stability on length are also studied, there excellent agreement between the theoretical results experimental data.
