摘要: Cannabidiol (CBD) is a bioactive terpenophenolic compound isolated from Cannabis sativa L. It known to possess several properties of pharmaceutical interest, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, neuroprotective and anti-convulsant, being it active multi-target compound. From therapeutic point view, CBD most commonly used for seizure disorder in children. present both medical fiber-type C. plants, but, unlike Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), non-psychoactive Non-psychoactive or (also hemp) differs the one, since contains only low levels THC high related cannabinoids. In addition Cannabis, which many different purposes, great expansion market hemp plant material products has been observed recent years, due its usage fields, including food, cosmetics electronic cigarettes liquids (commonly e-liquids). this work focused on advances sample preparation strategies analytical methods chemical analysis compounds material, derived biological samples. Since considered be crucial step development reliable determination natural complex matrices, extraction are discussed. As regards compounds, application separation non-separation discussed detail. The advantages, disadvantages applicability methodologies currently available evaluated. scientific interest portable devices vegetable samples also highlighted.
