摘要: Regional myocardial ischemia is a major factor promoting electrophysiological abnormalities leading to ventricular tachycardias (VTs)/fibrillations (VFs). The study was use computer simulation method determine the possible role of ischemic size and level in mechanisms underlying reentrant activities cardiac arrhythmias. Noble98 mathematical model cell chosen study. operator splitting adaptive time step methods were used integrate equations conduction models. cells simulated by decreasing intracellular ATP concentration, reducing Na + conductance, increasing extracellular K concentration within two-dimensional tissue. Spiral waves initiated cross field technique. showed that spiral local severe displayed three different morphologies while moderate only two kinds exhibited. When severely area between 1.2mm×1.2mm 4.5mm×4.5mm, wavebreak occurred. But larger wave formed typical functional reentry around obstacle. demonstrated large beneficial for maintenance could provide high probability genesis VTs. easily broke up degenerated into VFs under critical level.
