摘要: Individual fish growth depends on internal population factors such as phenotypic variability well external past environmental conditions (temperature, food) and selective mortality (predation or fishing). In the anchovy, in first year is key to dynamics it determines potential energy allocated reproduction capacity occupy off-shore habitats. Further, recent past, anchovy bay of Biscay has experienced collapse recovery role played by this history unknown. Since 2001 with spring acoustic survey series PelGas, we have monitored individual measuring otolith increments between annual rings, addition age determination. These data now allow analyse patterns effects parameters fishing apparent individuals. We show that related a spatial pattern where smaller lower growing individuals are more coastal than larger faster growers. evidence temperature effect warm years also those growth. contrast, does not seem affect account for individuals, which stayed high throughout series. The study implies substructure segregation particular habitats could fundamental after its collapse.
