摘要: Abstract A map of local curvature the pBR322 DNA has been established by electron microscopy analysis linearized plasmid molecules. To determine their polarity these molecules are one end labelled with an avidin-ferritin-biotin complex and images digitized. Local is calculated from two mathematical treatments trajectory expressed in term a mean dinucleotide wedge angle. Eight regions distinguished. The four main have high content phased AA runs. experimental compared to theoretical maps obtained available models for curvature.
