摘要: Abstract A novel method for synthesis of titanium nitride whiskers on the surface graphite in NaF–NaCl media at 1100–1400 °C 3 h Ar atmosphere was investigated. The formation TiN with diameter 500–600 nm and variable lengths morphologies occurs onto by a vapor–liquid–solid (VLS) mechanism. specific area increases due to growth various morphologies. excellent oxidation resistance modified could be attributed graphite, which act as anti-oxidant prevent substrate.
