摘要: Objectives: The objective of this paper is to discuss principles relevant ethical deliberation in public health. Methods: Conceptual analysis and literature review. Results: Four are identified: Harm Principle, Principle Least Restrictive Means, Reciprocity Transparency Principle. Two examples how the applied practice provided. Interpretation: illustrates clinical ethics not an appropriate model for health argues that type reasoning involved may be at potential variance from empirical science. Further research debate on required.
