摘要: The stages of fullerenes-Ni film growth were studied with scanning force microscopy. In the first stage formation separated fullerenes grains and Ni nanocrystals observed. later interaction between growing objects agglomeration process could be noticed. Scanning electron microscopy transmission used to obtain information about structure morphology compact forms film.
