摘要: Hyperspectral imaging can generate spatial chemical information in plants. The acquisition system is basically composed of a radiation source, sample stage, objective lens, spectrograph, CCD camera and computer to store process derived data. Most hyperspectral approaches are nondestructive nature require minimum preparation, thus producing chemically rich without modifying sample’s features. Data processing mainly performed via multivariate image analysis (MIA), where computed-based methods employed for preprocessing, feature extraction towards classification. Applications vary according the desired interest, but they include textural analysis, biochemical plant disease identification. Successful studies these areas reinforce sensitivity versatility
