摘要: The purpose of this study is to address the ambiguities in application anti-trust regulations nonprofit sector. We first survey policy tools and their diverse historical usage mixed markets, specifically professional associations, hospitals, education. This analysis informs development a typology anti-competitive markets which used classify three examples into eight traits. Finally, applied new – animal shelters, thrift stores, soup kitchens have less common with purely for-profit little or no discussion antitrust literature. find that form per se does not indicate an absence anticompetitive practices concerns; however, certain combinations attributes such as donative revenues pricing ability make threat practice oppressive.
