摘要: Acute lung injury (ALI) is a common clinical condition that badly influences people’s health. Recent studies indicated Aster tataricus (RA) had potential effects on ALI, but the effective components and their mechanism not clear. In this study, we found Fraction-75 eluted from RA extract could significantly protect lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced ALI in mice, including alleviating severity of pathology, attenuating pulmonary edema, reducing release inflammatory cells. Further ingredient analyses demonstrated there were mainly 16 it, among which 10 collected according to relative peak area oral bioavailability. Next, components-disease targets network suggested candidate extensive associations with 49 known therapeutic 31 be regulated by more than one component. Herein, GO functional pathway analysis revealed associated four biological processes, response stimulus, cellular process, chemokine biosynthetic process immune system process. Furthermore, ELISA validation may LPS-induced through inhibiting cytokines promoting repair vascular endothelial.
