Soft Gluon Radiation off Heavy Quarks beyond Eikonal Approximation

摘要: We calculate the soft gluon radiation spectrum off heavy quarks (HQs) interacting with light (LQs) beyond small angle scattering (eikonality) approximation and thus generalize dead-cone formula of extensively used in literatures Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) phenomenology to large regime which may be important energy loss energetic deconfined medium. In proper limits, we reproduce all relevant existing formulae for distribution quarks, or light, QGP phenomenology.
