摘要: Abstract The main aspects of the sol–gel synthesis ZnO thin films were critically examined with particular reference to optimization process parameters that influence specific properties films, such as transparency, crystallization behavior and electrical resistivity. Starting from zinc acetate dihydrate, anhydrous ethanol triethanolamine, a valuable route was set. This allowed preparation transparent by dip-coating. Triethanolamine, thanks its high chelating efficiency towards Zn2+, permitted prepare stable dihydrate solutions wholly at room temperature. structural, optical morphological characteristics glancing incidence X-ray diffraction, UV–vis spectroscopy atomic force microscopy. Single layer thickness about 120 nm, characterized adhesion (about 140 Kg cm−2), obtained. dip-coated amorphous explored in 500–600 °C range; polycrystalline formed randomly oriented nanocrystals 20 nm), an average transmittance higher than 90% visible region, Finally, strong annealing environment on resistivity observed.
