摘要: PURPOSE: To evaluate the effect of coaxial needle size on pneumothorax rate and diagnostic accuracy computed tomography (CT)-guided transthoracic aspiration biopsy (TNAB) pulmonary nodules. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Retrospective review 846 consecutive CT-guided TNAB procedures was performed. A approach implemented in all patients by using an 18- or 19-gauge outer stabilizing through which a smaller automated gun inserted for tissue sampling. Univariate multivariate regression analyses were used to analyze size, age, sex, smoking history, lesion use core gun, number passes, frequency chest tube placement.
