摘要: Background Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica) is the most important pollen causing pollinois during spring. During recent years some patients' nasal symptoms have been getting worse after season. cypress (Chamaecyparis obtusa) also observed in this period. The purpose of study was to investigate effect and cross-allergenicity between patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods A total 267 were enrolled study. IgE antibodies both tree pollens measured by CAP RAST method. results test compared those skin tests. In order compare these two pollens, inhibition assay carried out. Results positive frequencies 50.1% 74.7%, respectively. significant correlation (r = .765) pollens. There good concordance (75%) tests cypress. indicated species-specific allergens. Conclusion Measurement antibody useful for diagnosis
