摘要: Abstract : Friction blisters rank high as causes of military disability. Controlled studies show that: are not burns but due to shearing forces within the epidermis. These produce a cleft into which fluid passes, provided there is sufficient pressure gradient from blood vessels and tissue fluid; friction blister contains most proteins serum in lesser concentrations; drainage intact at 24 36 hours, leading firm reattachment top, forms serviceable dressing; situations will be encountered with their tops torn off.
