摘要: This X ray spectrophotometer is designed for bone-mineral and soft-tissue determinations on adult humans. The equipment comprises an tube with a special high-voltage generator filtering unit to produce two narrow energy bands, system composed of servocontrolled measuring wedges attenuation properties corresponding soft tissues, respectively, scintillator photomultiplier detector feedback loop coupled the wedges. are automatically kept in such position that fluxes constant at scintillator. When object placed beam, withdrawn, displacements constituting quantitative measure analysed substances transversed volume object. has high degree stability precision. Determinations take from 2 20 s, depending level precision required.
