摘要: Bacterial distributions among biofilms and the water column may be altered by a variety of abiotic biotic factors including feeding physical activities macroinvertebrates. The purpose this study was to examine effect macroinvertebrates on abundances three species bacteria that differ in their surface properties niches. Eight invertebrate genera were examined; functional groups included predators, shredders, filter feeders, collectorgatherers. bacterial responded presence generally similar ways, although with most developed ability attach surfaces (Burkholderia cepacia) apparently resisted dislodgment Bacillus thuringiensis, relatively species-specific insecticidal bacterium, achieved higher exteriors than did B. cepacia Pseudomonas fluorescens. Orconectes reduced introduced leaves shifted distributions; greater percentage populations found sediments microcosms lacking These alterations probably result consumption from epiphytic subsequent deposition feces. Corbicula two so column, perhaps as burrowing activity. Both these are common stream residents affect distribution persistence natural bacteria.
