摘要: Routine identification of fungi based on phenotypic and genotypic methods can be fastidious time-consuming. In this context, there is a constant need for new approaches allowing the rapid molds. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy appears as such an indicated method. The objective work was to evaluate potential FTIR early differentiation filamentous fungi. One hundred thirty-one strains identified using DNA sequencing, were analyzed mycelia obtained after reduced culture time 48 h compared current conventional methods. Partial least square discriminant analysis used chemometric method analyze spectral data fungal from phylum species level. Calibration models constructed 106 pertaining 14 different genera 32 identify 25 in blind manner. Identification levels 98.97% 98.77% achieved correctly assigned genus respectively. with its high discriminating power rapidity therefore shows strong promise routine identification. Upgrading our database ongoing test technique's robustness.
