摘要: Methods, systems, and devices are described for wireless communication. A user equipment (UE) located at a public land mobile network PLMN border area may modify cell selection parameters in order to leave current more favorable visitor (VPLMN). The UE may, example, identify the by monitoring GPS coordinates, identifying country code (MCC) of network, searching background after experiencing number transmit failures, or detecting high block error rate (BLER). Additionally alternatively, have certain physical environmental constraints that create an asymmetry uplink/downlink conditions, this be basis for, accounted modifying parameters.
