摘要: Abstract This paper reports the latest work in our laboratory on biopolymer electrolyte for dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) application. Biopolymer comprises agarose, potassium iodide (KI) were dissolved two different solvents dimethylformamide (DMF) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). To further achieve reasonable conductivity DSSC application we have added a low viscosity ionic liquid (IL) electrolytes. The room temperature maximum was obtained near 60:40 compositions. Structural, electrical photo electrochemical studies been carried out details explained. These electrolytes used fabrication of DSSC, comparative measured values fill factor (FF), Open circuit voltage (Voc), current density (Jsc) efficiency at 100 mW/cm tabulated. results from data evaluation affirm that – IL gel appears promising candidates energy devices.
