摘要: The absorption spectra due to the 4 f →5 d transitions in Ce 3+ centres have been measured with use of YAG:Ce single crystals a lattice concentration [Ce ] L =(1.28±0.05)%. data are almost independent spectral behaviour reference spectrum whose constants ∼2 cm -1 at highest, since 129 and 50 derived, relative spectrum, strongest peaks dγ e regions, respectively. area 32.3 eV on dγ-band suggests that about quarter Ce-concentration, M , added mixture starting powders is incorporated into as . It found highest-energy lying band located 6.06 eV, agreement 6.07 0 for corresponding peak excitation ratio nearly 2:3.
