摘要: Strains of yeast the species Candida famata are disclosed which can produce 10 grams riboflavin per liter in 6 days, and particular, strains identified by ATCC Accession Nos. 20849 20850. Riboflavin yields more than 20 200 hours have been achieved. present invention increased sensitivity to iron inhibition flavinogenesis enhanced production cell at concentrations fermentation medium.
