Effects of the postannealing atmosphere on the dielectric properties of (Ba, Sr)TiO3 capacitors: Evidence of an interfacial space charge layer

摘要: The dielectric properties of ~Ba, Sr!TiO 3 films were found to be remarkably sensitive the postannealing treatment atmosphere. This study demonstrates that in an oxygen atmosphere increases relaxation phenomenon and a nitrogen produces slight relaxation. Such dependence was related both vacancies presence negatively charged oxygen, trapped at grain boundary and/or electrode/dielectric film interface. © 2000 American Institute Physics. @S0003-6951~00!00817-2#
