摘要: AbstractThe present paper presents the results of a study on effect cold deformation upon isothermal aging in S32654 and S31254 superaustenitic stainless steels. Samples were rolled up to 60% aged within temperature range 650–950°C for time 120 h. Several precipitate species identified following steels, with sigma σ phase being predominant one. The helped clarify precipitation sequences both steel grades studied. Cold rolling was found accelerate precipitation, which occurred during subsequent exposure. amount, shape spatial distribution all precipitates is an important factor that general higher hardness values, be enhanced by prior deformation. Finally, experiments performed indicate number transformations intermetallic phases taking place, clearly specifying time–temperatur...
